IIJL will accept and address appropriate inquiries from the general public.
Docketed Cases
Develop articles and essays addressing from the perspective of Jewish law questions and issues that are on the dockets of the United States Supreme Court, the International Court of Justice at the Hague, the International Criminal Court, United States federal circuit courts of appeal, state supreme courts, and other national appellate courts throughout the world. This includes submitting amicus curiae briefs in appropriate cases.

We invite readers to apprise us of these issues as they become aware of them so that we may address them in a timely fashion.
